Are your stones genuine?

Yes. Every ZAAD piece uses natural, genuine stone. Some stones are treated (stabilised or heat-treated) the way they are traditionally finished, and we say so on each product page.

Is everything handmade?

Yes. Every misbaha, bracelet and leather piece is strung, cut or stitched by hand in small batches.

Where do you ship?

We ship to every province and territory in Canada with tracked delivery. Orders over $150 ship free.

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our studio in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your province.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for unworn items in original packaging. See our Returns page for details.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Every order ships in our signature ZAAD box, ready to give. You can add a gift note at checkout.

How do I care for my stones and leather?

Keep stones away from perfume, water and harsh cleaners, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth. Condition leather a few times a year and let it dry naturally if it gets wet.
