ZAAD ships across Canada. The shop is in English. Checkout shows the delivery cost before you pay.

Each order is packed by hand. Stone is wrapped so beads cannot knock together. Leather is wrapped so the hide does not crease in transit.

Orders placed on a business day are packed within two business days. Delivery time after that depends on the destination inside Canada and the service chosen at checkout.

If a tracking update stalls, or a parcel arrives opened, write through the contact page. We answer in English.
